Prawns in Garlic butter

This is by far our favourite way to cook prawns! Juicy, buttery and full of garlic, what more could you ask for. We use our very own Captain Hook Large prawns. This meal goes with just about anything. It can be served with rice and lentils, or even DAT-Schaub french fries.

Roasted rack (or leg) of lamb

Roasting lamb is just an easy and delicious thing to cook for your family and guests. All you need to do is rub lamb with a mixture of garlic, fresh herbs, and olive oil and throw it in the oven for about and hour. We prefer to use our very own Country Choice leg or rack of lamb.
