Roasted rack (or leg) of lamb
Roasting lamb is just an easy and delicious thing to cook for your family and guests. All you need to do is rub lamb with a mixture of garlic, fresh herbs, and Olitalia olive oil and throw it in the oven for about and hour.
We prefer to use our very own Country Choice leg or rack of lamb. It is also possible to serve it with roasted vegetables or even potato fries from DAT-Schaub.
